Lifestyle medicine is a new clinical discipline, evidence-based lifestyle therapeutic approaches to prevent, treat and often reverse lifestyle related chronic diseases. This introduction webinar is delivered by certified lifestyle medicine physicians and medical doctors who successfully use lifestyle medicine in clinical practice.
