Such training courses are addressed to any person willing to learn new information about the medical and pharmaceutical field and intended to satisfy the CPD requirements of the Government of United Arab Emirates, for doctors and pharmacists in the United Arab Emirates.
Pharma Global does not claim that the training courses are in anyway mandatory to practice any kind of medical or pharmaceutical business or profession in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the governing authority and the relevant Government department.
The Terms and Conditions of this site are subject to and incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred as the “Agreement”).

If you register or book any training course listed on the Site, the Terms and Conditions will apply. You will be required to accept the Terms prior to book and/or attend any such training course. In relation to payment for all such training courses, the payment terms and conditions are located on this Agreement. You will be required to accept the payment terms prior to gain access to pay for any training course. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the payment website is not run by Pharma Global and that any issues relating to payment must be addressed to the Third Party Payment Services Provider - National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Pharma Global grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to: (i) access and use Pharma Global Application(s) on your personal device (e.g. tablet, computer, smartphone) solely in connection with your use of Pharma Global Services; ((ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through Pharma Global Services. You acknowledge and agree that the rights of the Site and Services are licensed and not sold to you, and you have no rights in /to, the Site or the Services other than the right to use each of them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Pharma Global will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any unauthorized use or any other breach of security. Pharma Global reserves the right to refuse any person who does not meet the above eligibility requirements from using Pharma Global Services. In addition, Pharma Global may request to get a copy of your company’s trade license or/and a copy of your credentials or/and personal data.
Pharma Global may revoke your account and eligibility at any time at its sole discretion. You will not be able to use Pharma Global Services if you do not meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements and submit the requested documents or credentials.
If there are any changes to your qualification being or not medical / pharma profession / qualification, including but not limited to a suspension or revocation or your license being or not medical / pharma license, after your account has been approved, you must notify Pharma Global immediately.
Failure to notify Pharma Global of any above mentioned changes may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account. In certain instances Pharma Global may require you to provide proof of identity to access or use Pharma Global Services, and you agree that you may be denied access or use of Pharma Global Services if you refuse to provide proof of identity.

Accessing the Payment Gateway, you are leaving this website and you acknowledge and agree that the Third Party Payment Services Provider is solely responsible for any obligations with respect to processing, protecting, securing and transmitting your cardholder data and/or payment information. Therefore, by accessing the Payment Gateway, you acknowledge and agree that Pharma Global, and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any breach, disclosure and/or security incident involving your cardholder and/or payment data, and that your use of the payment gateway does not create any obligation, responsibility or contractual relationship between you and Pharma Global and its affiliates in relation to payment or any of your payment details.
You agree that neither Pharma Global nor any of its affiliates, employees, managers, directors and secretaries shall be responsible or liable for any breach of security and/or disclosure involving your cardholder and/or payment data.
Any claim, complaint and/or liability with respect to a breach of security and/or disclosure of cardholder data shall be solely between you and the Third Party Payment Services Provider. Pharma Global is not responsible for the security and/or privacy of cardholder or payment data that may be entered into, stored and/or communicated by the payment gateway.
The use of the Payment Gateway is entirely at your own risk and Pharma Global and its affiliates, employees, officers, managers, directors and secretaries will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or any other monetary or other damages, fines, fees, penalties or liabilities, nor for any loss or disclosure of data or loss or damage to reputation or goodwill whatsoever arising out of or relating to the use or operation of the Payment Gateway or any reliance thereon.
The intellectual property in the Site, materials and e-learn belong to Pharma Global. You acknowledge
that:
- all intellectual property rights used by or subsisting in the Site, materials and e-learn are, and
shall remain, Pharma Global exclusive property;
- you have no rights in, or to, the Site, materials and e-learn other than to use it for the purposes of
your studies;
- you will not at any time make any unauthorized use of, or copy, reproduce, modify, distribute,
republish, display, post or transmit any aspect of the Site, materials or e-learn containing such
intellectual property rights, nor authorize or permit any person to do so.
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from person under the age of 18.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Pharma Global, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, secretaries, representatives, successors, assigns and agents, and their licensors, advertisers, suppliers, and operational service providers harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses, costs, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your use of this Site and/or the Services, and/or any violation of the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement and the use of the Site and Services is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Federal Laws of the UAE. Such laws will govern disclaimers and all the terms and conditions and this Agreement.

You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Emirate of Dubai in relation to all disputes relating to the Site, the Services and this Agreement.

Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the site https://pharma.global/ including its sites https://pharma.courses and https://pharmcourse.com. and the Site managed and operated, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the United Arab Emirates.
The current legislation of the United Arab Emirates applies to this Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the User and the Site managed and operated.
The Site is controlled and operated by us from the United Arab Emirates and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United Arab Emirates. Any information you provide to Pharma Global through use of the Site may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the United Arab Emirates and other countries which may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal data as the one in which you reside.
