What is CPD?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a lifelong process by which health professionals maintain their knowledge and skills and therefore, meet patient needs and expected competencies in healthcare. It includes the development of self-knowledge, attitudes and skills for professional practice in healthcare. Moreover, CPD includes managerial, social, and personal skills. Basically, CPD promotes patient care and professional excellence.
I noticed you have CPD and CME courses. What is the difference?
Continuing professional development (CPD) and continued medical education (CME) does not have a major difference other than the core meaning. The CME courses are designed for Medical professionals (Physicians, General practitioners, etc.) while CPD courses are more vast in their specialization applicability. For example, CPD courses are not only direct medical training, but also can have a managerial/business nature to them to broaden your professional background.
How can I receive my CPD certificate?
It is very simple. After you successfully complete the learning module and pass all tests in case it is needed, the certificate will be available to you to download from the “My Courses/Webinars” tab.
How can I download my CPD certificate for Webinars
As you finish the webinar and pass the test in case it is needed, go to “My Courses/Webinars” tab and click “download certificate” next to the webinar you just watched.
