Physician’s personal health impacts patient care. The majority physicians and health care professionals are not consistently practicing healthy behaviors. Several studies proved that doctors who follow healthy style of life and exercise are more likely to counsel patients on lifestyle behaviors and exercise that those who don’t. Physicians’ personal health promotion and disease prevention practices are strongly positively correlated with more appropriate use of recommended practices for counselling patients.

This webinar is delivered by lifestyle medicine physicians and medical doctors who successfully use lifestyle medicine and lifestyle modifications as the first line of treatment for patients in clinical practice for many years.
