Dr. Abdelaal completed his graduation (M.B.B.S) from the Al Zagazig University, Egypt in 1989. He then acquired his Masters in Pediatrics (M.S) and his Doctorate in Medicine (M.D) in 1994 and 2006 respectively from the same university. He is also certified in Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), postgraduate in pediatric nutrition PGEN (Boston University) and ENS (Munich University).
Dr. Abdelaal worked in Egypt for 10 years during the beginning of his career. In the year 2000, Dr. Abdelaal moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) where he practiced as a Pediatrics and Neonatal Specialist with a private hospital. In 2004, he joined a reputed private hospital in Kuwait as a Pediatrics Senior Registrar. Dr. Abdelaal moved to Abu Dhabi in 2010 where he practiced as a Pediatric senior Specialist at a government referral hospital, before moving to burjeel hospital as a pediatric consultant 2015.
Dr. Abdelaal has more than 25 years of experience in General Pediatrics with a special interest in Pediatric Hematology, and have a good experience in pediatric asthma.
He is also a keen researcher and has published a number of papers in reputed medical journals. Dr. Abdelaal is a key speaker and member of scientific and organizing committee in many pediatric conferences.
